WSJ: ProLogis, AMB Property Close To Merger - Update

Real estate investment trust ProLogis (PLD) and smaller rival AMB Property Corp. (AMB) are close to a merger deal, the Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday. However, financial terms of the transaction were not known, the report noted. Shares of both the companies jumped in after-hours trading.
