U.K.'s $55 Billion Refinancing Gap Could Trigger Second Real Estate Slump
The U.K. may be pushed into a second property slump by a 34.4 billion pound ($55 billion) shortfall in financing for commercial real estate debt due in the next four years, an industry group said.
