TEMPLE REIT ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN DISTRIBUTION POLICY FROM QUARTERLY TO MONTHLY

Temple Real Estate Investment Trust announced today that, effective April 1, 2011, its distribution policy will change from the current quarterly cash distributions to monthly cash distributions.
