Real estate market transaction value to jump to EUR 500 million this year, Colliers says

Total investment transaction volume on the Hungarian real estate market is estimated to have been around EUR 185 million in 2010, based on the latest investment market report of Colliers international. In 2011, Colliers expects overall investment volume to reach up to EUR 500 million driven by a strong pipeline of potential deals.
