Neuberger Berman Real Estate Securities Income Fund Inc. announced that it intends to conduct a tender offer for up to 100% of its outstanding auction market preferred shares at a price equal to 98% of the per share liquidation preference of $25,000 plus any accumulated and unpaid dividends.
