Real Estate Investor Houston, Texas. Member since May '10 .... My entire script is "Hi my names [name] and I'm a wholesale real estate investor. I saw your ad on Craigslist and was curious if you ever look to purchase other rental properties if you got the right price and cashflow?" From there I wing it. I start out the way I do before telling them where I mention their ad instead of vice versa because I don't want to get anyones hopes up about me being a prospect tenant ...
