HOMBURG CANADA REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ANNOUNCES JANUARY 2011 DISTRIBUTION

Homburg Canada Real Estate Investment Trust announced today that a cash distribution of $0.07917 per unit of HCR for the month of January, 2011 will be payable on February 15, 2011 to unitholders of record as at January 31, 2011.
