Gladstone Commercial Corporation Announces Closing of Common Stock Offering

Gladstone Commercial Corporation today announced that it has closed its underwritten public offering of 725,000 shares of its common stock. Â The Company received approximately $12.4 million in net proceeds from this offering after deducting the underwriting discount and other estimated offering expenses.
