Extension of $55 million Scott's Real Estate Investment Trust Senior Loan

Scott's Real Estate Investment Trust announced pursuant to the press release attached hereto as Schedule A that it received an additional five-month extension on its mortgage which was originally scheduled to mature on October 1, 2010, and for which Scott's REIT had received a three-month extension at that time and a subsequent one-month extension on December 31, 2010.
